For those who enjoy the designed and specialized fitness plan established by their trainer.

One on one time with a personal trainer to set goals for your fitness plan. Then utilizing the plan with the trainer throughout the facility based off their instruction.

We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions and ability to purchase 1, 5, or 10 credits at a time to schedule out more sessions based off your availability!
